Content Creator
Job Description We are looking for a Content Creator to curate and write different types of content for Growth Hack Network’s web pages, social media posts, and blog posts to align with our vision and mission. To be successful in this role, you will be result driven, excellent and interested in the growth of other individuals. Responsibilities Write articles for the websites that align with the growth program or organization’s need per time. Creating social media posts that conveys our message as an organization. Create content strategy and drive execution for growth programs. Research industry-related topics. Identify the needs of our audience and recommend contents. Measure and write reports of content impact. Requirements Prior work experience as a content creator. Excellent writing skills that drives engagement. Basic experience with the use of Docs and Canva.
Graphics Designer
Job Description We are looking for a graphics designer to give the brand an excellent positioning in terms of designs. You will be successful in this role, if you have the ability to conceive a big picture and plan creatives that communicate the big picture. Responsibilities Create periodic designs for the organization. Vet all existing designs. Create engaging designs to drive what we do. Work with the Content creator to produce final designs. Present design ideas that helps the organization meets its goal and vision. Requirements Prior work experience as a graphics designer. Proficiency in using Canva/Adobe stack. A good eye for aesthetics and details. Good communication skills.
Admin and Operations Personnel
Job Description The admin and operations are expected to oversee operations across Growth Hack Network and generally responsible for coordinating meetings,and directing various administrative projects to ensure continuity and seamless workflow. Admin and Operations responsibilities includes; Coordinating GHN activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to our Mission and Vision. Manage agendas and appointments for the working team. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support in budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. Create and update records and data bases of personnel, finance and other relevant data. Report and carry out duties assigned by the People and Operations manager. Coordinating schedules and ensuring that everyone is kept up-to-date with necessary organization news and information. Support People and Operations manager to handle and manage projects. Handle birthday celebrations of team members. Adequately document all files thereby ensuring continuity. Requirements Relevant work experience in administration or project management. Excellent computer skills. Attention to detail. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. Organization. Time management. Interpersonal skills. Social Media Manager
Job Description The social media manager is expected to oversee social media engagement and content creation across all Growth Hack Network social media platforms. They are generally responsible for overseeing GHNs interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Responsibilities Create a detailed annual social media calendar to guide the use of GHN social media (keep in mind notable days of the year that speaks to mission and vision of the year). Drive traffic to the SMP by researching social media trends that can be used to create contents tailored to the mission and vision of GHN. Build GHN social media platforms with visible results. Create monthly social media reports by analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in user interactions. Plan digital campaigns to build community online. Use Social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand. Interacting with people and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts. Analyzing the organizations digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements. Setting KPIs for social media campaigns such as target for a certain number of shares, link click, likes and measuring campaigns performance. Requirements Proven work experience as a Social media manager. Hands on experience in content management. Excellent copywriting skills Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video). Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics. Knowledge of online marketing channels. Familiarity with web design. Excellent communication skills. Analytical and multitasking skills. Job Description The Research Assistant is expected to aid our mission and vision by conducting “NEED” based internet research, methodological research and summarizing results to help improve our programs and projects. Responsibilities Conduct SMART research. Maintain quality standards to preserve the integrity of data and findings. Advise the working team on need based programs . Analyze data using various statistical methods. Write reports to summarize data and the implications of the results. Requirements Proven work experience as a Research Assistant or similar role. Excellent administrative skills. Knowledge of research methods. Excellent time management skills.
